Would you like to update the delivery address of your order? This is possible as long as your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping provider.

In this case, you can easily change the delivery address yourself via our customer portal:

Log in there with your order number and your postal code. You can also add details such as a name, company name, or address additions here.

ā Order already shipped?
Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we can unfortunately no longer change the address. In this case, please contact the carrier (DPD/DHL) directly and have your tracking number ready ā this way you can arrange an address change, redirection, or pickup directly with the delivery service.
