Want to exchange an item you purchased in our online shop? Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges. but of course you can send us a return. Here's how it works:

1. Start Your Return

Create a return label easily through our Returns Portal. It only takes a few steps and is quick to complete. If you would like, you can wait with dispatching your return package until you've received your new item.

2. Place a New Order

Order your desired replacement item separately via our online shop. This ensures fast and efficient delivery.

3. Receive Your Refund

As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 💳
