Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website:
- Post AT
- DHL
- UPS
Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days within Germany and Austria.
For Switzerland, the UK, and the rest of the EU, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.
Important note when ordering pillow covers
If you have ordered one or more pillow covers, they will be shipped from a separate warehouse.
This means:
You will receive a separate tracking number for them.
Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
The parcel containing the pillow covers may be slightly delayed in some cases.
No worries – if you initially receive only part of your order, the rest is already on its way. 😊
Status “Electronically announced” – what does this mean?
The tracking number is created as soon as your package has been picked up from our logistics warehouse in Berlin. However, a visible tracking update will only appear once the package is scanned at the destination distribution center– for example in Salzburg for deliveries to Austria.
This step can take several business days.
Important to know: “Electronically announced” does not mean that your package is still with us – it is already on its way between our warehouse and the destination distribution center.
